Running it with an AI agent

Paste this into Claude Code, Codex, omp or another coding agent, from inside your clone of the repository:

Set up and run talkinghead from the README in this repository.
1. Check every requirement with the check commands in the README's Requirements section, and install what is missing with the commands the README gives. Use the platform's package manager (Homebrew on macOS, apt on Linux) and uv only.
2. Run the Quick start smoke test first, exactly as written, and report its exit code and the status line of report.md.
3. Then ask me which judge (claude or a shell command) and which transcriber (scribe, parakeet or whisper) I want, and which API key environment variables I have set.
4. Never write an API key into a file. Keep keys in environment variables in the shell you run commands in.
5. Before you run anything that sends audio or transcript text to a provider, or uses my subscription, tell me what it sends and wait for my yes.
6. Run the real command only after I confirm. Do not change the editorial guidelines unless I ask.
